Dr. Marjorie L. Holt is a native of Samson, Alabama where she attended high school.  She emerged as the Valedictorian of her Senior Class and graduated Magna Cum Laude during her University tracks.


She earned her B.A. Degree in Sociology from Payne College, her M.P.A. (Public Administration) status from the University of Toledo, Master of Social Work at Atlanta University, and Ph.D. in Psychotherapy and Sociology from Kensington University.  Although highly successful, her most prized degree is her B.A. being "Born Again".


Dr. Marjorie L. Holt is a Toledo, Ohio based author, motivational speaker, consultant, trainer, pastor, and a known catalyst for change.  A former Social Worker and educator, Dr. Holt has worked with thousands of individuals and facilitated scores of empowerment, leadership, and religious workshops for private, non- profit, government, and religious institutions.  She is a very passionate about leadership and birthing leaders in this 21st century, especially those who acknowledges a higher calling on their lives.  She is the author of several books that focus on the Body of Christ, its plight, and challenges as it relates to vision, wellness, and the overall mission of leadership.  She is the founder of Bethesda Christian Center Cathedral and has been the pastor for 14 years.  She is also the founder of Joshua School of Leadership, a school for leaders serving in leadership roles in their ministries, places of employment, the business world, and their community.


Dr. Holt is known worldwide for her ability to bring life to the word of God.  She believes that when you change your words, you change your world.  She has served in many positions in her community that range from Commissioner of Training in the City of Toledo, Sociology Professor at Monroe County Community College, Consultant and CEO of Making Success A Reality, Television Host of Vision and Pathways, Director of Workforce Development and presently an Inclusion Coordinator and Civil Rights Officer, as well as a Bishop who oversees churches throughout the United States and India.  She serves as the 2nd VP of the Interdenominational Assemblies of Churches, Intl, as well as the founder and Presiding Prelate of the Interfaith Fellowship of Churches.  She has served on many community boards where empowering people is the goal, which is exemplified in her commitment to persons who are underserved, at risk, and underrepresented.  She wears a strong conveyance that every individual is a V.I.P., ie., each has Vision, Initiative, and Potential.  She is committed to her faith in God and believes that all things really do work together for the good, even when it looks and may even be bad.
